I live here in Seal Beach in a condo and I have one other pet, a cat named Wasabi. Waffles doesn’t bark nor bite (he doesn’t have any front teeth )and is very well behaved and trained. He does have seizures but is on medication three times a day for it. He walks very well on the leash without pulling, And obeys “Heel, sit, stay, down, & easy”. He is used to hand commands as well. Potty trained.
